Investigating the Role of Banks in Development of Business Enterprises
The first round of familiarity with financing small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) was held, Public Relations Dept. of TEJARAT BANK reported.
Given the above issue, the 1st edition of familiarity with the Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) was held on Oct. 3 in the presence of a number of credit management experts in order to take advantage of experiences of experts who were dispatched by the bank to Bonn city, Germany.
In the inaugural ceremony of the course, Rabeti Head of Human Capitals Development Office oTEJARAT BANKpointed to the key role of banks in development of Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and termed the modeling of successful international enterprises in advancing the bank’s plans in this area as “important and effective” and said: “Supporting small-scale enterprises leads to the generation of employment in developing countries, improvement of competitive environment and also promotion of production level.”
TEJARAT BANK should take other successful international enterprises as role model for materializing most of its economic objectives, he reiterated.
For his part, SoltaniFirouzinstructor of the course pointed to the factors affecting the empowerment of SMEs and said: “Creativity and innovation are the lifeline of Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and emphasized: “Today, banks, moreover financing, are tasked with offering quality consultation services to the recipients of facilities.”
Strengthening Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the ways to create sustainable boom in the country’s economy. However, providing facilities and loans to these types of economic enterprises should be carried out smartly and logically along with accurate validation, he ended.
